The middle floor has a little more headroom, with a 9 foot ceiling, and surrounded by trees on all sides. The top floor has 13 foot ceilings, plenty of natural light, and two balconies - each.
All of these rooms have a bathroom and closet, climate control, and elevator access - as well as free storage space courtesy of our neighbour, Goodfriend Self Storage, and an iRobot® Roomba Robotic Vacuum Cleaner that comes with the room (though every room already has Central Vac).
